Construction

• Frame is constructed of 5/4" lumber kiln dried to a moisture content of 6-8% and laminated hardwood plywood 3/4" in thickness
• Stress points on the frame are further reinforced with the use of glued and screwed corner blocks
• Seat foam is contour cut Ultracell premium polyurethane 3-1/2" thick with a2.5 density and 35 pound compression with a layer of polyester fiber
• Back foam is Ultracell premium polyurethane 4" thick with a 2.5 density and 30 pound compression with a layer of polyester fiber
• The top of the arms are covered with a 1/2" layer of 55 pound compression foam
• Tablet is a standard 13" round MDF top with black laminated plastic covering with T-molding on the edges
