Product Lead Times
The following furniture lead times represent the time from receipt of a purchase order to shipment from our manufacturing facility. Updated weekly, these are average lead times for product groups, not individual product models. Lead Times with Pallas Textiles
Actual lead times for KI products with Pallas Textiles will vary based on the availability of specific fabrics. Please contact our customer service department at 800.424.2432 or SalesOps@ki.com for an exact quote. (Lead times for KI products with our ingrade fabrics are represented in the standard lead times.)
Lead Times with Customer's Own Material (COM)
All tested and approved COM will receive standard lead times. If the fabric is not received within 2 weeks of the plant ship date the order will go on hold, and dates will be re-assigned. If the COM is not yet tested, it will receive the standard lead time upon successful completion of testing. Check COM approval status here.
