  • Wood frame is constructed of 5/4 lumber kiln dried to a moisture content of 6-8%, laminated hardwood, and 1.2" and 3/4" hardwood plywood
  • The all welded pull-out bed mechanism consists of a seat frame, 1/8" thick 1 x 1 steel angle
  • All seat and bed deck segments are 1/2" thick plywood and 3/4" hardwood
  • For suspension, the seat uses elastic strap webbing woven in two directions for comfort and the surface is then covered with a layer of FLM (reinforced non-woven fiber)
  • Wood arm caps are 3/4" beech hardwood, kiln dried to a moisture content of 6%
  • Seat, back and bed segments consist of multi-density foam cushions for comfort (seat cushion is 3" thick, and back and head cushions are 2" thick)
