Construction
- Packaged weight of chair is 65 lbs and packaged weight of ottoman is 20 lbs
- Open arm panels are made of 6/4 domestic beech hardwood, kiln dried to a moisture content of 6-8%
- Closed arm panels are constructed of 3/4" molded wood veneer arm inserts, cut to size
- Back consists of one part compound-curve laminated plywood with ultracell (HR) polyurethane foam 2" thick
- Seat consists of fully welded structural steel angle frame (1" x 1" x 3/16") with contour-cut, Ultracell (HR) polyurethane foam 3" thick
- Suspension consists of five strands of premium matrix woven strap webbing, each measuring 2" in width
- Exposed wood is machine sanded with 180 grit paper, followed by 220 grit paper for a smooth surface
