NeoCon 2025 marked a defining moment in our journey—an inspiring celebration of innovation, design, and the road ahead. As we bid farewell to our longtime showroom in the historic Merchandise Mart, we embraced this milestone with a dynamic showcase of new products, creative collaboration, and an unforgettable sendoff party that honored the legacy we’ve built in this iconic space (take the tour!) and those of you we’ve hosted over the years.

A Launchpad of Ideas

NeoCon 2025 served as the perfect platform to debut the latest KI innovations—each designed to support the ever-changing landscapes of learning, working, and healing environments.

At the forefront was Cogni™ seating, our newly launched education solution that earned a Best of NeoCon Silver Award. The intuitive design supports physical movement, cognitive focus, and emotional well-being—essential elements in today’s learning spaces.

Joining the lineup of new product introductions was Cascha™, a refined guest chair that delivers elevated comfort with a minimal footprint, ideal for touch-down moments and casual meetings. Clamber™ brought playful, purposeful energy to the showroom with climbable shapes that encourage movement and creativity in collaborative settings.

We also introduced Civara™ task seating. Designed by CLAUDIO BELLINI Studio, Civara is the ultimate ergonomic solution for modern workspaces. Alongside it, Zentori™ task and conference seating showcased sophistication and functionality in a comfortable sit experience. Both chairs will launch in July. Rounding out the lineup was Zeker™ modular seating, which offers 10 comfortable models that combine in countless ways, including curved, linear, and back-to-back configurations.

Looking forward, KI previewed two exciting new products: Outspan™ outdoor furniture and Passel™, a thoughtful workstation collection built to support team collaboration and the evolving rhythm of work environments.

Each product introduced at NeoCon represents a milestone in our journey—purpose-built, design-driven, and always people-first.

A Community of Creators and a Process to Support

The showroom buzzed with energy as renowned designers, architects, and specifiers from across the country joined us on this leg of our journey. Our own design leaders were on hand to share the inspiration behind our latest collections, and we were thrilled to host conversations with partners who continue to shape the future of interiors. The spirit of collaboration and exploration was alive and well as our guests experienced firsthand how KI solutions adapt to the ever-changing needs of education, work, healthcare, and community spaces.

At the heart of these ideas and conversations was Infinity From KI^TM, our modification and co-creation process that empowers customers to tailor products to their unique needs. Whether adapting dimensions, finishes, or functionality, Infinity From KI allows clients to shape spaces that reflect their identity and support their specific goals, all while maintaining the integrity of our trusted design standards.

One Last Stop, One Last Celebration

Our NeoCon 2025 party was nothing short of legendary. Held in our showroom, the celebration brought together long-time clients, friends, and new faces for an evening of music, connection, and shared memories – not to mention the impromptu dance floor! It was a moment to reflect on the countless ideas, relationships, and stories that began within those walls, and to toast to the new chapter ahead.

The Road Forward: Fulton Market

While we close one chapter, our journey continues with a bold new destination on the horizon. In 2026, KI will unveil a new showroom in Chicago’s vibrant Fulton Market district during Design Days. This space will be a dynamic hub for design thinking, product innovation, and immersive storytelling, crafted to inspire our clients, partners, and teams in fresh and meaningful ways.
