When completing this form, help us understand how your organization aligns with the KI culture and core pillars: Education and Children, Sustainability, Veterans, and Wellness. 

Important Information 

• Requests must be submitted at least one month prior to the event (if an event date is tied to the request).  
• The request will be reviewed by the KI Charitable Giving Committee, and you will be notified via email within 2-3 weeks whether your request is approved or declined.  

Exclusions: While we strive to be inclusive and respectful of all beliefs, please note we are unable to support religious efforts or establishments, outside the purpose of school/education tied to a church, nor political organizations/campaigns.
