Pirouette offers fixed- and adjustable-height bases which can be specified with fixed or nesting worksurfaces. The unique design accommodates two-sided usage, giving ample leg room to those seated on either side of a table. Nine top shapes support a variety of environments from classrooms and training spaces to innovation centers and cafés.

Construction

Standard worksurface tops are nominal 1-1/4" overall thickness with .030" thick high-pressure laminate top surface and a .028" phenolic backer (bottom surface).
Ganging mechanism is molded black, high-strength nylon. The hook and peg combination draws tables together back-to-back or side-by-side.
Optional modesty panel is available with PET felt. PET felt is constructed of a heat-set, non-woven PET material, pressed into a flexible, durable and dent resistant panel.
Pneumatic or screw height-adjustable bases are 29–44" tall. Fixed height bases are available in 29, 36, and 42" heights.

Pirouette nesting tables support quick reconfiguration – the pull of a single lever flips the worksurface vertical while the innovative angled legs create straight-line nesting for compact storage. Nesting is compatible between fixed- and adjustable-height bases for added specifier freedom. Height-adjustable nesting tables can nest at any height. Height-adjustable tables are available with fixed or nesting worksurfaces in rectangle or chevron shapes for maximum flexibility in a sit-to-stand height range. The pneumatic height-adjustable base supports quick adjustments and changing needs. The set screw height-adjustable base is perfect for structured settings such as tiered classrooms or training rooms.

Sit Comfortably

Pirouette offers a collaborative base style that features inset legs, allowing seating with plentiful leg and storage space on all four sides of a rectangular table.

Power Integration

Pirouette tables can be specified with single circuit power, integrated above or below the surface, to support ongoing use of electronic devices during meetings, training sessions or anywhere else a charge is needed.

Giancarlo Piretti

Giancarlo Piretti (Bologna, Italy, 1940) is an Industrial Designer. Among his successful designs are Plia folding chair, his best-seller exhibited at Moma NY, Platone folding desk, and DSC (106-AXIS) seating system. For Vertebra chairs he obtained the Compasso d'Oro (Italy) as well as for his largest project, Piretti Collection office & institutional seating system. Other designs include Xylon wooden chairs, Torsion collection of institutional chairs; Engage & Impulse office chair lines featured by a synchro tilt mechanism Piretti developed; #18000 nesting & stacking chairs; and the Strive chair collection. The Pirouette nesting table and Grazie and Doni chairs for KI U.S. are G. Piretti's latest designs.
