Construction

A weight-activated mechanism passively adjusts backrest tilt tension based on occupant weight.
Seat is constructed of molded urethane foam and is available with optional depth adjustment of 2.5".
Back has a reinforced nylon frame with a mesh insert, available in black, grey or white.
Dual-surface casters are designed for use on both hard floor and carpet surfaces

Adaptable Ergonomic Comfort

Diem task seating incorporates a weight-activated back tilt mechanism that moves freely or locks in three different positions.

Material Options

Diem features a poly frame with elastomeric mesh for long-term stretch and support. The seat cushion is 3.5” thick molded foam with contoured curves to ease pressure points for enhanced comfort.

Adjustable Seat

Seat height adjusts from 22-30” to accommodate all sizes of users. Optional seat depth adjusts from 17.5 –20" to prevent pressure points.

Optional Adjustable Arms

Choose from 1D or 4D adjustable arms. 1D arms are height adjustable 7-10” above the seat. 4D arms are height adjustable 7-10" above the seat, width adjustable 1" with an articulating arm pad (side-to-side, forward/back and pivot).

Base Options

Diem has a five-star, 26” diameter base that is available in black or polished aluminum. Height-adjustable 18” diameter foot ring provides stability for stool seating. 55 mm dual-surface black casters are designed for use on both hard and soft surfaces.
